At Maison Lysoria, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order and place a new one.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first. If the issue persists, reach out through our Contact page and we will resolve it promptly.
